The Peer Gynt Norwegian Dancers are the junior group of Synnøve Nordkap St. Paul Sons of Norway. We perform at the Festival of Nations, dance in the Winter Carnival parade, compete in a frozen herring toss, bake Norwegian Christmas cookies and learn Norwegian words, songs and folk arts.

Du er invitiert! You are invited!

When? We meet the second Saturday of each month from  1:00 – 2:30 p.m., September through May at St. Paul Church, 609 5th St. S., Stillwater, MN.

Who? Kids 7 – high school graduation

What? We learn some Norwegian language, music, folk dancing, crafts, sports, etc.

How? Your parents or grandparents need to be members of Sons of Norway, as our group is sponsored by Synnøve-Nordkap, St. Paul Sons of Norway. Annual membership is $60 which pays your way.

Extra perks? After you have participated in Peer Gynt activities for a year or more, you are eligible for a Skogfjorden Norwegian Language Camp scholarship.
